Preventing Health Risks
Computer users are quite susceptible to health problems brought about by too much exposure to radiation. However, there are ways to go about it and prevent health issues to arise in the future.
One of the most common problems when exposed to a computer for long hours a day is eyestrain, which can lead to headache, migraine, and vision anomalies. To prevent this, the user should lift one’s eyes from the computer screen and stare at a distant object every 15 minutes. Staring at something that is coloured dark green is more favourable. Sitting in the same position for hours can cause back pains. One should make sure that his chair supports your back. Sit up as straight as possible without being tense or uncomfortable to avoid muscle cramps later on the day. You can also stand up and do some stretching every so often to loosen up one’s muscles. Moreover, it helps to use equipment and furniture that are in good condition so it will not hurt your eyes, back, or neck.
